In Maryland, child care providers (both center and family) can
take advantage of the MD Credential. The Maryland
Credential is a voluntary program in which providers go beyond
their basic licensing requirements. Providers in this program are
recognized for their additional training and professional
activities. There are many incentives that go along with this
program as well. Please contact our office
kjgoldman@salisbury.edu
or your local
Office of Child Care
for more information on this program.
