Kim Whitaker, MSW, Behavior Interventionist

Hello; my name is Kimberly Whitaker. I grew up in Annapolis Maryland; I recently got married and moved to Seaford Delaware. I received my BSW at Frostburg State University and MSW at Salisbury University in May 2010. My related field experience includes my graduate field placement at the Lower Shore Early Intervention Program during the 2009-2010 school year. I was also a substitute teacher for Anne Arundel County, Wicomico County and Seaford School district. My experiences working with children have been very rewarding. It has been a privilege to be part of a creative team that is focused on building social and emotional development. I am looking forward to rejoining the Early Intervention Program!

Our sincerest thanks and our best wishes go out to Jennifer Whitehead who has been a behavior interventionist with the Early Intervention Program for the past years.  Jennifer has decided to return to the classroom as a teacher of young children.  Her dedication and her passion for teaching and helping young children were evident in everything she did.  She will be missed terribly!
