HOW TO MAKE A REFERRAL FOR SERVICES... If you are a: Parent/Guardian, Child Care Provider, Early Educator, Pediatrician or Mental Health Clinician, you can refer a child for services by calling 410-677-6590 Warm Line available 10am to 3pm M-F. Our warm line is for parents, child care providers, educators, and clinicians to call for behavior strategy assistance or concerns about behaviors.
