NEW TRAINING CLASS FEES AND POLICIES:
As many of you may have noticed, the Lower
Shore Child Care Resource Center has had to raise the price of
trainings one dollar for members and two dollars for
non-members. We have thoughtfully considered this for some time
and find that at this time, it is a necessary step. We hope that
this does not cause any difficulty for you.
All
2 hour classes are $10 for members and
$20 for non-members unless
otherwise indicated! All 3-hour trainings are
$12 for member and
$24 for non-members. There are
classes which will be priced differently, such as Infants and
Toddlers Series, which are $15 for
all, and CPR/First Aid classes, which are offered by other
organizations, for which they set the fees.
You must
arrive for class on time. Late
arrival will result in no certificate being given!
Pre-Registration Policy
Please remember to
pre-register with payment and registration form for all training
sessions. All registrations (including payments) must be
made at least 24 hours prior to a training session. We
have a limited number of spaces available, so please register
early.

SPECIAL CLASSES
THIS FALL...
Many people have requested further, more in-depth training on
conflict resolution. It seems that it’s impossible to cover
everything in one 3 hour class! For those of you interested in
even more information on this important topic, come to a
specialized series on Conflict Resolution. There will be a
repeat performance of “Can’t We all Get Along?” on October 3 for
a basic overview of conflict resolution for anyone who has not
previously taken a class on this hot topic. Then, for those of
you who have taken a conflict class from Michele Ennis-Benn
before, come to Strategic Listening in October and Developing
Solutions in November. These classes take the information from
the basic class and take it one step further. See you there!

If you haven't already done so, check out our "Infants &
Toddlers" series. These informative and interesting
classes are held every other Thursday. Unlock the mystery
of caring for our smallest clients!
