Welcome to the Lower Shore Child Care Resource Center!

The Lower Shore Child Care Resource Center (LSCCRC) is a non-profit agency that works with parents, child care providers, early educators, businesses and community organizations to help promote the availability of quality child care services in Somerset, Worcester and Wicomico counties.

LSCCRC is under the direction of Amy D. Habeger, MSW, LCSW-C, Director, Center for Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Education, Salisbury University Department of Social Work, Seidel School of Professional Studies.  Margaret Clayville is the Project Director for LSCCRC.

LSCCRC helps child care providers, caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children by providing high quality training, program resources and technical assistance. The Lower Shore Child Care Resource Center works with all families and providers on the lower shore regardless of income.


Hours of Operation


During the week of August 31-September 7

Monday, 8/31  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, 9/1  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday, 9/2  9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Thursday, 9/3  9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Friday, 9/4  9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday  Closed

Monday, 9/7  Closed for Labor Day

 

The Resource Center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12th and from  1-9 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15th.

Staff will be on hand to assist you with Technical Assistance, Class Registrations and in the Resource Room during these evening and Saturday hours.
